For our staff management in Karlsruhe, we are looking for a full-time Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Our staff management is responsible for the staff at the locations Karlsruhe and Stuttgart and is also responsible for the care of the staff.

The team of the Human Resources Administration Karlsruhe currently consists of 21 employees. They serve together approx. 2.000 Employees, Employers, Apprentices and Beneficiaries in all relevant topics You will take a responsible role in the team. They support and represent the team management in all areas of employee management and development. Your area of responsibility includes the following: General assessment of the effects of changes in law on pay accounting Accounting-specific implementation of legal changes, salary adjustments and the like with cross-site communication Start-related support and, if necessary, control of projects relevant to the area of expertise, including across departments and locations Accompanying internal and external audits by the German pension insurance, financial management and internal audit You are central contact person and coordinator for the cross-site digitalization and standardization of processes and their description at the interface to our IT liaison office in all SAP matters tangling the personnel area for information security issues within the department

completed administrative degree or Bachelor's degree with reference to human resources multiannual professional experience in human resources and compellingly detailed knowledge in pay accounting, preferably with SAP HCM extensive and deepened knowledge of tariff, tax, social insurance and supplementary legislation, as well as knowledge in labour law and civil servants/supply law Affinity for digital work processes and well-founded knowledge in MS-Word and MS-Excel – Your very good analytical and organizational capability is a prerequisite for this strong communication skills in writing and oral an independent yet team-oriented operation with a high degree of readiness for use and learning, as well as loadability, even in stress situations
