Who are we? Around 18,000 people work in pastoral care, administration and social institutions and educational institutions at the Erzbistum München and Freising. completed academic study of Catholic theology and demonstrable experience in the field of ecumenism or a comparable dialogical field relevant professional experience in pastoral care, understanding of the pastoral principles and liturgical competence Skills in conversation and moderation techniques special skills for dialogue-based and conceptual work high communication skills and diplomatic skills very good oral and written expressability Flexibility and loadability Identification with the aims and values of the Catholic Church.
