You are at home in meat production and understand both the craft and technical requirements of modern industrial production processes. With your practical knowledge, your implementation strength and your enthusiasm for continuous improvement, you create optimizations where You create the greatest added value: directly in production.

Process analysis: You systematically analyze production and support processes, identify potentials for improvement and prepare results in a transparent and addressable manner. Process optimization: You develop and implement measures to increase productivity, quality, yield and plant availability and ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards. Project work: You take projects and special tasks independently, standardize processes and accompany the introduction of new processes and procedures. Shopfloor & cooperation: You work closely with production, quality assurance, technology as well as many other areas, support them in operational challenges and promote continuous improvement directly on site. Digitalization & Standards: You actively participate in the further development of digital production processes, support the introduction of new systems and advance the standardization of processes and key figures.

A successfully completed training to the Fleischer / Metzger with further training to the Fleischermeister, Metzgermeister, food technician or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the production of meat products and well-founded knowledge of quality and hygiene standards (IFS Food, HACCP). High practical orientation and the ability to systematically analyze technical and organizational challenges in the production environment, as well as to implement developed solutions in a sustainable manner together with the specialist areas. Embossed technical understanding of production facilities, processes and processes in industrial meat production. Safe knowledge of German in word and writing, as well as communication strength, enforcement ability with high social competence in handling production employees and executives. Safe handling of Microsoft 365 Knowledge in the areas of automation, production data acquisition and ERP and MES systems is advantageous.
