Professional and organisational leadership • Ensure efficient workflows and optimal use of resources • Implementation of employee talks, promotion of development and qualification • Contact person for technical questions in financial accounting and adjacent areas • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the financial accounting team (7 employees)

Financial accounting and main accounting processes • Responsibility for the proper accounting of all transactions in the main book • Monitoring and maintenance of specialist accounts including coordination and clarification of open positions • Ensuring compliance with HGB and internal guidelines • Examination and approval of booking documents, provisions, delimitations and Rebooking Completion • Responsibility for the timely creation of monthly, quarterly and Annual accounts • Ensuring consistent and complete final packages • Development of analyses, reports and commentaries for management and controlling • Creation of Group Consolidation with Lucanet Process and system optimization • Development of accounting and accounting systems (e.g. CSS eGecko, Lucanet) • Identification of optimization potentials and implementation of efficient processes • Working with digitalization and automation projects in accounting Communication and cooperation • Close cooperation with controlling and other business areas • Contact person for auditors and tax advisors • Ensuring transparent, compliant and auditable processes

• Complete studies in the field of BWL, Finance, Accounting or Accounting (IHK) • Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in the main book • Leadership experience of advantage • Funded knowledge in HGB and relevant legal requirements • Safe handling of ERP systems (e.g. CCS eGecko) and MS Office 365, especially Excel • Experience in handling Lucanet (in particular consolidation) of advantage • Analytical thinking, high numerical affinity and structured working • Communication strength, team capacity and proactive operation
