Tasks: • Friendly reception and adoption of patients • Telephone and personal appointment as well as coordination and monitoring of the schedule (including recall system, failure management) • Post editing, email correspondence and document management in our practical software Z1 • Cash management and payment processing (Bar, EC, invoices)

Profile: • A completed training as ZFA and at least first experience necessary at reception • Binding, humorous and communicative personality • Readiness to learn and the ability to maintain a clear head even in challenging situations • Ideally first experience in dental billing (BEMA/GOZ) • Embossed service orientation and professional appearance
