Projektmanager (m/w/d)

As Head of Maintenance (m/w/d), you are responsible for the overall management of electrical and mechanical maintenance and report directly to the Head of Production Conversion. In this key function, you will ensure the smooth running of all repair and maintenance measures for machinery and equipment. The increase in plant availability, the planning and implementation of investments as well as the interface management are a matter of course for you. Your tasks: Discipline responsibility for about 45 employees Technical direction of the master areas Mechanical and Electrical Budget creation and responsibility Development and implementation of investments Ensuring technical availability and preventive maintenance of production facilities including the management of machine operations Responsibility for the maintenance of buildings and land Implementation of vulnerability and error analyses as well as preventive measures to increase plant availability Work planning and preparation incl. Coordination of maintenance Ensuring a smooth running of repair and maintenance measures for all machinery and equipment Support and instruction of external service providers / foreign companies management Optimization of maintenance strategy and appropriate preventive maintenance measures Continuous process improvement and strategic, future-oriented development of maintenance Close cooperation with management managers in the fields of production, engineering and other interfaces Guidance and implementation of investment and CI projects Implementation and control of work protection measures Special tasks and projects

You have completed a technical engineering degree (preferably in the fields of mechanical engineering / electrical engineering) or have a comparable degree in qualifying discipline. A multi-year professional and disciplinary leadership experience in a comparable industrial environment is of course for you as well as your extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of maintenance, maintenance and operational safety of plants. A safe occurrence, communication strength, decision-making and enforcement power are the same as your fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing. As an organizational institution with a structured and careful way of working, you bring a high level of readiness, self-initiative, resilience and flexibility (including the willingness to special missions and readiness to call). The secure handling of MS Office and ERP systems, ideally SAP, completes your profile.
