What should you bring?

• Language skills: German in word and writing is a must.
• Technical understanding: basic knowledge of the drawing helps you to find out quickly.
• Measuring means in use: You are familiar with the use of simple measuring devices such as tape size and sliders.
• Welding knowledge: desirable, but not absolutely necessary – we promote your development!
• Reliability & Skill: Their precise operation makes the difference.
• Team spirit & resilience: Together we achieve more – even in stressful situations!
• Shiftwork: Flexibility is required – we work in shiftwork.
• Crane license up to 100 kg: Experience in handling small cranes is advantageous.

What do you expect?

• Production preparation: They prepare everything according to the requirements and support the refurbishment of our plants.
• Fitting of welding devices: Your skill ensures that everything goes smoothly.
• Assessment of welds: With your trained eye you assess the quality of our welds.
• Smaller rewelding work: In the first weeks these are not necessary, but your willingness to learn is required!
• Worker self-control: They carry out quality controls and document them conscientiously.
