IMPACT starts with us: We are looking for the Head of Quality & Customer Satisfaction (w/m/d). Your work site is our production plant in Regensburg (“Sachsenwerk”). Here we develop and produce the complete range of customer-specific medium-voltage switches and medium-voltage switching systems from the individual component to the completely new switching device series. In your new role, you will guide our team from experienced quality engineers (w/m/d) to the fullest satisfaction of our customers. Sounds interesting? Your IMPACT:

You are in close contact with our customers, understand their needs and requirements and make sure they are taken into account in our processes and processes at the site. You implement and guide all quality-related processes and ensure that our goals are achieved in each phase. You support and coach your team of team leaders: including their teams (totally more than 20 people) in methods and tools to achieve customer satisfaction and quality goals. You monitor customer complaints, investigate the causes and guide solutions and action plans. You focus on the performance of our suppliers and develop potential improvements together with them. You are responsible for the continuous improvement of internal processes and develop preventive methods to increase product and process stability. You work with global and regional quality managers on the further development of the processes and are the contact person for the digital further development of quality management. You act as a link between factory and line of business in quality-related topics and promote product improvement. In addition, you work with various global stakeholders and thus form the technical interface to them. You are part of the management circle of the Regensburg site

Your profile:

Your academic background and your professional experience: You have a technical university degree You have several years of professional experience in quality management, have a good understanding of the most diverse processes (in both technical and commercial) and the handling of standards. You You have experiences with methods such as FMEA, 8D, APQP, Audits and Quality Basics You have profound knowledge of ISO 9001, as well as basic knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 In addition to the MS Office package, you have knowledge about SAP, MES systems (preferably LDS) and Bridge Front Office (Salesforce) In addition to fluent German, you also have fluent English skills
