Strategic preparation: You participate in internal management meetings and make sure that decisions are not only documented, but also consistently maintained. Decision templates & analyses: You prepare topics in terms of content, create presentations and decision templates that serve the CEO as a sound basis for work. Project management: You take special projects on your own - from the design of smaller process optimizations to the coordination of cross-departmental initiatives. Events & Representation: You plan and organize events, management-offsites or internal townhalls and ensure a smooth run. The foundation: You can master the ''impact'' of management support. These include forward-looking appointment management, travel planning and prioritization of daily correspondence. You are the professional filter and the friendly business card of the CEO office. You have completed your studies (BWL, Communication Sciences, etc.) or a comparable qualification and have already gained experience in a dynamic environment (e.g. advice or assistance at C level). You can quickly penetrate complex facts and get to the point precisely. You're sure to move on all hierarchical levels. Absolute trustworthiness and a subtle feeling for internal dynamics are of course for you. You love bringing structure to chaos also keeps quiet under time pressure and always takes two steps ahead. You form stylistic in German and English and you know how to prepare messages according to target groups.
