You unleash, implement and manage our cloud infrastructure and create a future-proof technological basis. You develop and care modern CI/CD pipelines with tools like Bitbucket Pipelines or Azure DevOps to ensure a smooth software life cycle. By using infrastructure as code with terraform, ansible and similar technologies, you automate our infrastructure and increase its efficiency and repeatability. You monitor system performance, ensure high availability, scalability and security, and proactively respond to potential problems. In close cooperation with our development and QA teams, you continuously opt for our deployment and deployment processes. You take responsibility in critical situations – from the Incident Response to RootCause Analysis to Post-Mortems. You regularly evaluate new technologies and tools to develop our infrastructure strategically.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of computer science, business informatics, software development or a comparable discipline. Alternatively, you have a successfully completed training in the IT field, for example as a specialist in system integration, specialist informatics application development or the like (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). You have profound knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform, in particular the AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), Azure Functions, App Services, Virtual Machines (VMs), vSphere and Virtual Networks (VNETs), or have corresponding experience with other cloud providers. You can master at least one script language like PowerShell, Bash or Python. You have practical experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes). Your knowledge of network architecture, cloud security and best practices is up to date. You are familiar with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, CheckMK or Zabbix. You are sure to work with version management systems (e.g. Git) and have practical experience with CI/CD platforms. You are characterized by a solution-oriented way of working, analytical thinking and pronounced communication skills. Azure certifications such as AZ-400, AZ-104 or comparable qualifications are of advantage. You have a positive, team-oriented and open attitude as well as an optimistic “The glass is half full” mentality.
