Occupational Therapist - MBOR / Individual Therapy / Group Therapy (m/f/d)

You plan and guide individual and group therapies independently to promote the progress of our rehabilitation. You use creative and action-oriented methods – from design techniques to everyday practice. You actively accompany your patients on their way back to an independent life and help them relearn practical skills. With your positive and value-estimating way, you strengthen the motivation and self-reflexion of the rehabilitators and create a trusting therapy atmosphere. You carefully document the course of therapy and the results achieved in our digital clinic management system. In regular team meetings, you agree closely with colleagues from other disciplines to develop holistic treatment concepts.

You have a completed training as an ergotherapist:in or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in the management of groups and are safe in dealing with various ergotherapeutic methods. Your positive and value-assurance attitude distinguishes you in dealing with Rehabilitand:inside. You like to work in the interdisciplinary team and get active. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the rehabilitation area; Knowledge in MBOR is a plus, but not a must. You communicate safely in German (C1 level) and are familiar with popular office software for documentation.

An attractive salary between €38.340 and €50,400 a year, depending on your qualification and experience. High flexibility due to the possibility to work in part or full time (20-40 hours/week).
