Our products are manufactured in our own foundry in the centrifugal casting process and are mainly refined in the field of mechanical processing to the ready-to-install article. We are looking for a full-time Senior Controller / Head of Controlling (W/M/D) at our headquarters in Sörup near Flensburg.

Construction and further development of a professional controlling including reporting and planning systems Creation of decision bases and recommendations for action for management Development, introduction and maintenance of key payment systems and management reports Budgeting, forecasting and deviation analyses Economic and investment accounts Further development of cost and performance accounting as well as costing logic Cross-function controlling (sales, production, purchasing, logistics) Special responsibility for controlling; Perspective takeover of leadership tasks possible

Completed study BWL/ Finance/ Controlling or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideal in the industrial environment Experience in building or developing controlling structures Very good understanding of cost accounting, costing and cost-effectiveness analyses Safe handling of ERP systems as well as very good Excel knowledge (BI experience of advantage) Structured, independent working and pronounced analytical skills Communication strength and ability to communicate numbers address-oriented
