Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Relevant professional experience in IT support Ideal experience with IT Service Management according to ITIL® Independent and service-oriented mode of operation, solution orientation and communication strength Very good analytical skills and holistic thinking High customer orientation and team skills German language skills in word and writing
