Conception and implementation of customized software solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to optimize marketing, sales and service processes Development of holistic technical solutions and efficient implementation of business requirements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud and adjacent systems (e.g. MDM, BI, ERP, Ticketing, Power Pages) Active development and scaling of the CRM platform in close cooperation with departments and IT Central contact for technical questions and coordination and control of international developer colleagues Integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 into a complex enterprise application landscape using native interfaces and Azure Integration Services within Microsoft Cloud
