Individual care of guests and creating unforgettable guest experiences Coordination of VIP tours, room allocations and special guest wishes Acquisition of layers at the front office after consultation and close cooperation with all departments to ensure first-class guest service and sustainable guest retention Conducting administrative tasks and maintaining guest profiles Professional communication with guests via phone, email and mobile chat as well as processing complaints

You have professional experience in comparable positions The radiation in your face and your sovereign way impress our guests even in stressful situations With excellent communication skills in German and English, you can convince our guests from all over the world Safe handling of a hotel software, ideally Opera, as well as the popular MS Office products Team player with sense of self-responsibility Well-kept appearance, exemplary ways of handling and safe occurrence
