In the role of the Territory Operations Manager, you take a central role as a regional expert: in patient operations in the field of cell therapy and actively develop our clinical studies and commercial products. Your responsibility is to set and implement standards for treatment centres. In close coordination with the Regional Operations Director (ROD), you define strategies and conduct internal and studies reporting. In the role of the Territory Operations Manager, you are crucial to strengthening the presence of AstraZeneca in cell therapy. You provide operational and clinical advice for studies and commercial products, guide the activation of treatment centres and provide continuous operational and qualitative care after activation. Your responsibilities - Influence: You drive strategic initiatives along the entire cell therapy life cycle - from clinical development to market launch and beyond. You act as a central interface and leadership personality within cross-functional teams (including Program Management, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Medical Affairs). You build sustainable partnerships with treatment centres and medical stakeholders (e.g. doctors, nursing staff, aperitif units, cell therapy laboratories). You bring your expertise in a targeted way to influence decision-making processes and advance projects at regional and international level. You establish and optimize operational processes in treatment centers, especially with regard to apheresis and product handling. You act as a technical expert and competent contact person for cell therapy workflows You take over the operational and clinical support of studies as well as commercial applications - including activation of the centers, training and continuous care. You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. JACIE) and promote continuous improvement processes. You are responsible for the development and implementation of training concepts for medical professionals. You control complex operating processes along the value chain (e.g. Apherese, Logistics, Storage, Infusion and Chain of Identity/Chain of Custody). You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest quality, efficiency and compliance standards. You respond to SOP deviations with expertise and collegiality You support and manage quality processes (deviations, CAPA, Change Control) together with the Cell Therapy Hub and quality assurance.

Your profile - Strengths prove: Complete studies in the field of healthcare (e.g. care, Physician Assistant, natural science) or comparable. Multiannual (approx. 8+ years) relevant professional experience in cell therapy In-depth expertise on cell therapy processes, regulatory requirements and clinical and operational processes. Detectable experience in cooperation with internal and external partners as well as in the management of complex projects. Strong skills in the development and optimization of supply structures and service models. Embossed communication and influence competence at different stakeholders levels. Experience in handling quality processes (e.g. deviations, CAPA, change control) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. 50 % in the region.
