You are responsible for the development and implementation of training concepts for medical professionals. You control complex operating processes along the value chain (e.g. Apherese, Logistics, Storage, Infusion and Chain of Identity/Chain of Custody). You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest quality, efficiency and compliance standards. You respond to SOP deviations with expertise and collegiality You support and manage quality processes (deviations, CAPA, Change Control) together with the Cell Therapy Hub and quality assurance.
