As a general project manager (m/w/d), you take full responsibility for the planning, control and successful implementation of our large-scale projects across Germany with strategic importance. Interdisciplinary teams will guide you and ensure that projects are implemented in time, budget and quality.

Total responsibility for large-scale projects from the supply phase to the delivery to the customer Leadership and development of internal and external project teams in complex stakeholders Contract and price negotiations with customers, suppliers and partners Ensuring appointment, cost and quality goals with focus on operational excellence Active risk, change and claim management Coordination of all disciplines (engineering, procurement, construction, assembly, commissioning) Development and implementation of procurement strategies in coordination with the departments Control of communication with customers, authorities, suppliers and internal stakeholders Compilation of regular progress reports and transparency management for deviations Implementation of best practice approaches and further development of project standards Responsibility for budget planning, cost control and reporting to the Business Unit Management Ensuring a structured project conclusion

Your profile - you should bring:

Studies of supply technology, electrical engineering or related areas - alternatively completed training in one of these areas with corresponding master/technician further education Multiannual professional experience in the management of large-scale projects in plant engineering / TGA or the construction industry (e.g. general contractors) Knowledge in handling common project management methods such as IPMA/GPM or PMI desirable Analytical skills combined with economic and strategic thinking and action Embossed planning and organizational skills and negotiation skills Safe handling of MS Office and MS Project as well as reliable knowledge of German and English driving licence of class B and the accompanying readiness to travel in the NRW region
