We are looking for large-scale projects in one of our locations in Deggendorf, Halle/Saale or Dresden in full time.

You are responsible for creating offer schedules You independently build up schedule structure and create total or Sub-project plans in coordination with the project team You support the Project Manager/Calculator in the planning of order processing and order control to track and maintain appointments and progress and hours You determine performance contents and their provision as the basis of time planning You optimize schedules taking into account the key dates specified by the customer You take over the follow-up and analysis of deviations and the development of appropriate countermeasures You support order management in coordinating project activities and finalise the schedule with the responsible project manager

You have a successfully completed study in the field of building technology or comparable; as an alternative to a further development to the technician (m/w/d) You can demonstrate relevant professional experience in project processing within the technical building equipment Experience in independent schedule development would be desirable You have good knowledge in project management and in the field of VOB and relevant regulations You are characterized by analytical thinking The current MS Office applications will certainly control you, knowledge in MS project would be desirable
