In this role you analyze and optimize the business processes in the domain eCommerce for Germany and Austria. You take up technical requirements, evaluate their feasibility and translate them into precise IT specifications (User Stories). Develop innovative solutions and evaluate alternative approaches to costs, benefits and risks. The prioritization of requirements and the maintenance of the backlog in Azure DevOps are also part of your responsibility. In the agile environment, you control IT-Changes from conception to development to the successful go-live. You plan and carry out tests and are responsible for the technical decrease of developments. For your area in Digital Sales, you’ll start and manage the strategic roadmap and align it to the corporate goals. You moderate the user community and advise interfaces and management in both country organisations. A stable system operation is ensured and takes the technical and professional 2nd level support via ServiceNow. You start training documents and train key users as well as users in the use of IT solutions. You monitor relevant metrics and guide continuous improvement measures for your systems.

You have a degree in economic informatics, business management, computer science or a comparable qualification, and you have several years of relevant professional experience. You have well-founded knowledge of end-to-end processes in eCommerce and have experience in dealing with relevant IT systems for portals and shop systems. Ideally, you have already been able to connect portals and shop systems to ERP systems via interfaces and have experiences in the SAP environment. Agile working methods like Scrum or Kanban are very familiar to you. In addition, you will bring experience in requirements engineering as well as in handling Azure DevOps and ServiceNow. You are working on challenging tasks with a high level of technical depth and a wide range of topics in a sovereign and targeted manner. You analyze complex problems independently and develop sustainable solutions that go beyond established standard approaches. As a competent consultant, you will be confident in the fields of expertise, motivate modern processes and conduct expert discussions on sustainable decisions. You represent specialist topics in cross-departmental working groups and prepare complex issues for different management levels. For cooperation in an international environment, you have knowledge of German and English that is safe to negotiate. A proactive and self-responsive way of working as well as a high level of outcome orientation characterize you. With your strong design will, you drive the continuous improvement of processes and develop strategic roadmaps for the product areas you are responsible for. Even with high complexity, you keep an overview, work structured and secure priorities in the backlog.
