This is expected We ensure that our customers are well informed about the various offers of the KfW banking group regarding the topic of building modernization law and heating promotion – whether you call us or write an email. Our customers are private individuals, specialist companies, multipliers, financing and sales partners. You advise as part of a team and are at the place with your friendly and competent appearance if our customers need information on the application. In the dialogue via phone or email, you are a trusted and binding contact person. The best: With our funding opportunities, we enable people and institutions to make their property sustainable and make an important contribution to achieving climate targets. You can actively help with your advice. We are consultants, not distributors. That means you don't sell any products and don't run a telephone customer acquisition. You are simply advised when our customers contact us. We will, of course, prepare you with a comprehensive introduction to your customer advice.

This will bring you Complete banking training or additional training - combined with practical experience - ideally in the financial or real estate sector. Alternatively, you have a commercial training with a strong focus on customer communication or a Bachelor degree with first professional experience in customer communication. You feel very safe in dealing with the German language and convince on the phone and in answering emails with your strong communication joy and fun in customer service. You bring the necessary empathy into the respective situations and needs of our customers. Ideally, you already have experience in dealing with complaints. The incorporation into new IT systems is not a hurdle for you. Ideally, you have a special interest in technical topics in the field of building and living. In addition to a high level of willingness to learn, you will be able to work in the team.
