Quality management and quality assurance You are strong in communication, data affinity, and do you know how to inspire teams for excellent quality? In the role as a team leader in quality management, you can safely guide your team and our interfaces through audits, complaints and continuous improvements – and bring our product quality to the next level.

Planning, organisation and control of testing activities and their demonstration in quality assurance and with external service providers Preparation and monitoring of certification and customer audits (e.g. ISO 9001) Support of suppliers and customers, complaint processing and implementation of supplier and internal audits incl. Qualification of new suppliers Creating quality-related documentation (e.g. first sample reports, 4D reports) as well as reporting relevant quality data Support and advice of the departments in quality topics Sustainable improvement of quality problems and further development of manufacturing processes Discipline and professional leadership of a team

Multiannual professional experience in the quality of a mechanical engineering company, ideally complemented by first leadership experience Safe knowledge of relevant guidelines, standards and standards (DIN EN ISO 9001 / DIN EN ISO 14001) structured, solution-oriented and self-responsive operation, pronounced communication capability and technical understanding, as well as a sovereign, high-performing occurrence; analytical and KPI-oriented approach using structured solutions Responsibility for QM system: building, care, auditability, management reviews, documentation Definition, monitoring and reporting of quality KPIs Leadership and development of QS/QM team, resource and deployment planning, training and skills Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office Very good German and good English skills
