Portfolio and City-Port Relations Manager (part-time, 30 hours/week)

You are the specialist contact for Hamburg authorities, districts, companies and associations as well as for specialist departments within the HPA for diverse strategic area developments and area enquiries and take the preparation and representation of HPA interests into appointments on these topics. Perspectively, you are responsible for the independent representation of the interests of savings in complex planning procedures, as well as for urban planning concepts and construction planning at the port and for their examination and HPA internal coordination as well as the final preparation of opinions. As part of the portfolio management, you are in a team responsible for the further development of the strategic usage planning for the Port of Hamburg and is committed to the development of one of the largest urban industrial areas in Germany. You develop settlement concepts, develop analyses on the transformation of the port industry with a view to current megatrends and identify strategic partners (economics, associations, politics).

You have completed your studies in the fields of urban and/or regional planning, (human) geography or comparable disciplines. Your experience in ruthless thinking helps you combine different levels of observation and you work precisely and focus with a look for details. You already have several years of and consolidated professional experience in the field of regional and urban planning including social, planning law (BauNVO, BauGB, ROG) and environmental knowledge or in relevant professional fields with demonstrable knowledge. You're open-minded, communicative and like to work independently. Your open-mindedness and analytical thinking help you always find suitable solutions.
