You are responsible for the independent, reliable and regulatory technical-operational planning, control and appointment of maintenance measures for the Oberbau plant, taking into account aspects such as operation, technology, cost-effectiveness, quantity and budget planning In addition, you will check the feasibility of the measures bundled by:the plant managers:n and prepare the bundles for the slot plan conference, including coordination with the fine planning office As part of the technical order planning, you define basic information and requirements – such as personnel, resources, material, machinery and logistics, construction workflow, local conditions, notification data, timing and backup planning and services (e.g. Sakra, Bahnerder & SAS) – You will log on construction measures (BBP application) in time and implement emergency measures in coordination with maintenance You also use digital process support systems like Shareplan Finally, you will obtain the necessary regulatory approvals (e.g. for nightwork or road and rail traffic locks) and inform the public You ensure the creation and timely availability of the tree app for maintenance

Your profile:
