You answer inquiries from our specialist shops via ticket system and telephone and ensure a fast, solution-oriented processing. Our internal customers’ concerns are classified and categorized in the ticket system. If you have any questions about hearing aids, accessories, new introductions and prices, you will be able to help our colleague in the daily business. As a contact person:in the GEERS consulting and customization process, you give specialist shops security in their daily processes. Our specialist shops support you in handling NOVEO applications such as goods management and customer registration systems. Problem fields analyze yourself and develop suggestions for optimizing existing processes. You actively participate in the introduction and adaptation of new processes. Knowledge content in the field of products and you always look at sales in SABIO.

(m/w/d) or comparable professional experience from the environment of hearing acoustics. Experience in customer service as well as ideally multi-year professional experience in hearing acoustics distinguish you. Even with a high request volume, you stay friendly, confident and keep an overview. Service orientation and a strong sense of priorities are your strengths. You master conflict situations with stress tolerance and a solution-oriented attitude. Communication strength and team capacity complete your profile, as well as a healthy enforcement capability. With MS Office and ticket systems, you are safe and routined. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
