Pipeline Construction Bid Manager (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the offer process – from the chance assessment to the final submission Analysis of tender documents (RFP, RFQ, ITT) and definition of tender strategy and implementation concept Creation of commercial and technical tender documents according to customer requirements and internal standards Development of cost calculations, pricing models and commercial assumptions for infrastructure projects Identification of risks and opportunities within alerts and development of appropriate risk mitigation measures Control of clarifications, negotiations and communication with customers during the offer phase Ensuring compliance with contractual, legal and company-specific requirements

Completed studies Engineering, Industrial Engineering, BWL or comparable Multiannual experience in Tender Management, Bid Management / Contract Management or commercial project management in the field of infrastructure projects, oil & gas, construction industry or plant engineering Coordination and stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking with focus on competitive success and profitability Negotiating German and English skills are a must! Experience with consortia / ARGE structures is advantageous
