Leadership of the Group Accounting Team: Professional and disciplinary leadership of a small team of two employees. Promoting the further development of team members and ensuring efficient financial cooperation. consolidated financial statements and consolidation: overall responsibility for the timely creation and consolidation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements at Group level according to IFRS and the individual financial statements according to HGB Ensuring precise reporting and compliance with all accounting standards. Acquisitions (impairment tests and PPAs): Accompanying purchase price allocations (Purchase Price Allocations, PPAs) as part of corporate acquisitions and performing impairment tests (impairment tests). Analysis of Acquisition Effects and Ensuring the Correct Balance Sheet Figure according to IFRS (in particular IFRS 3) and HGB. Analysis of complex facts: assessment and accounting treatment of complex business incidents according to HGB and IFRS. Development of Group-wide accounting policies and ensuring compliance with current accounting regulations. Coordination of audits: preparation and independent coordination of annual and consolidated audits. Successfully completed studies of business management with a focus on accounting / finance or a comparable qualification (e.g. further education on accounting (m/w/d)). Multiannual experience in corporate accounting and consolidation at Group level). Ideally experience in an internationally operating company or auditing. Knowledge of relevant accounting standards according to IFRS and HGB. Security in the application of these standards and confidentiality with current changes and requirements. Practical experience with the balance sheet mapping and follow-up assessment of acquisitions (PPA, impairment tests, etc.) Understanding the relevant IFRS regulations (e.g. IAS 36, IFRS 3) and their implementation in practice. Impressed team capacity and communication strength, high level of self-initiative and social competence.
