The Examination Office of DHBW Karlsruhe is the central consultancy and service office for students, teachers and study course secretariats on legal questions regarding examination and examination procedures as well as questions of the Student Life Cycle. Your job? You shall support the Audit Office in all matters relating to administrative/university law, in particular examination law. Advice on all questions of exam law and legal questions of the Student Life Cycle Processing of audit procedures and relevant procedures. You work closely with the various stakeholders of the university, in particular with teachers, students, employees of the departments and dual partners. Processing of opposition and appeal proceedings and representation of the university in relevant judicial proceedings Process and project work

The body requires a completed study of law and the successful completion of the second legal audit. Professional experience in the public law context is desirable, but the job is also suitable for starters. A special level of commitment is expected, co-op­eration with the groups and bodies involved, as well as team skills. We are looking for a communication-strong and resilient personality, characterized by an independent, structured and reliable way of working. Flexibility and professional social competence in dealing with the different target groups as well as a safe way of expression in word and font are part of their profile as well as good knowledge of common office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
