Head of After Sales Service (m/w/d)

Technical leadership in the international service environment! As part of a planned succession, we are looking exclusively for an internationally active technology company in the field of transformer monitoring systems a dedicated leadership personality with technical background and experience in international customer service. As a future director of the After Sales Service, you take responsibility for a specialized, international service team and actively shape the further development of the global service portfolio – strategically and operationally. The incorporation is carried out by the current bodyholder within the framework of a structured transition phase Professional and disciplinary leadership of a small international service team (currently 6 employees) Planning, control and execution of service operations worldwide (installation, commissioning, calibration, training) further development of the service portfolio, including refurbishment concepts, spare parts management and digital service offerings Creation and negotiation of customer-specific service offers Close cooperation with development, sales and quality assurance for process optimization Support in service distribution, analysis of customer requirements and continuous improvement of service processes

Complete technical training (e.g. mechatronics, electronics) with further training as technician/master or studies (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation technology) At least 5 years of professional experience in the technical environment - ideally in the field of service, commissioning or maintenance Knowledge of electrical engineering / mechatronics Experience in direct customer contact and in the analysis and implementation of technical customer requirements First leadership experience or experience in team coordination Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, solution-oriented operation readiness for international travel (approximately 30%, preferably no crisis areas; Long distances in Business Class)
