• As a Project & Strategy Manager (m/w/d), you are driving strategic initiatives by working with future topics in the payment, analysis, competition development and regulatory development and supporting us in evaluating innovative payment solutions.
• They take over both PMO and coordination tasks in cross-departmental projects and carry out their implementation.
• They are responsible for selected topics in the product management of our eCommerce and online payment method and develop them together with the team.
• You agree closely with cooperative banks, service providers and other partners and represent DZ BANK both in working groups and in bodies of the cooperative finance group.
• They are also responsible for subprojects and independent topics.

This will bring you

• Successful economic studies, preferably focusing on finance, banking or payment - a Master's degree is advantageous
• Professional practice in payment, in product management or in the project environment, e.g. through internships or work students
• Advantage: first experience in project management and the structures of the cooperative financial group or comparable financial associations
• Funded knowledge in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good German and English in word and writing Communication strength in handling different stakeholders
