They are responsible for carrying out processes that relate to the quality of the customer (APQP, secure introduction, change notification and elimination of incidents) as well as for the quality programs of the customer. They follow causes of problems and coordinate containment, correction, prevention and check quality trends. They support the solution of customer incidents, including the preparation and creation of 8D reports according to customer requirements regarding format, content and schedule. They define and manage priorities within customer-related tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. They build customer relationships (regular calls, online sessions, internal/external customer visits,...) and are central point of contact for our customers in quality-related problems and enquiries. They stimulate escalations and serve them to protect customers from quality deviations.

You have a completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in the field of electrical engineering, physics, engineering or a comparable qualification. They bring 3-5 years of professional experience in electrical and/or quality technology, ideally in semiconductor manufacturing. They have solid knowledge of automotive quality, quality tools and quality systems (IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3). Ideally, you have knowledge of the statistical method (Weibull, etc...) and an understanding of magnetic sensors and microcontrollers. They are characterized by an analytical and structured method and are solution-oriented. They possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
