Processing & handling of customer orders. Monitoring & coordination of deliveries. Check of delivery papers & invoices. 🔹 Telephonic & written communication with customers & internal departments. Recreation of invoices & maintenance of master data.

Finished commercial training & experience in order processing. Knowledge in goods management systems & MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Reliability, team skills & structured work. Communication strength & customer-oriented thinking**.
