Sales Representative - Networking / Social Media / CRM (m/f/d)

You actively speak to parents and schools in Latin America You identify independently and contact parents, schools and educational networks in Latin America You build a network with families and educational institutions and maintain it You initiate first contacts via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and videocalls You plan and conduct digital information events for parents: You conduct regular follow-ups and build long-term contact relationships You track and document contact activities You advise on programs and conduct structured consultations with parents You clarify programmes, requirements and support systems and accompany families up to the mandatory programme response You build trust, treat objections and support decisions You carry out reliable dates and tracking in CRM You create and publish contributions, stories and short videos for program communication and use social media to address and activate interested parents You answer questions and messages via digital channels You build a contact and lead database and maintain it, coordinate dates and manage information You work with team members and external partners:

You speak fluent Spanish (C1/C2) and German at C1 level You have experience in social media You have knowledge of customer service You are highly communicative You are skillful in networking You are well organized You have experience in customer relationship management
