You are Sparring partners for management and support production sites to continuously increase efficiency, productivity and economy Business partner role of the factory management and central controlling contact for the production sites in Solingen and Bassenheim Responsibility for Budget Planning, Forecasts and Professional Planning & Control Cycle Analysis of cost structures, production characteristics and target-actual deviations including derivation of concrete measures Creation and presentation of performance reports for management and international stakeholders Further development of existing key-number systems, calculation models and controlling processes Support for investment decisions, process optimization and strategic projects in the plants

Graduate degree in Business Administration / Economic Engineering or a comparable qualification At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in industrial factory, production or operation controlling - ideally in the FMCG, consumer goods or production environment Very good SAP knowledge - especially in the environment CO/MM Impressed analytical thinking and the ability to translate figures into concrete recommendations for action High self-initiative, hand-on mentality and a convincing appearance towards different stakeholders Current knowledge of English for cooperation with international colleagues and decision-makers
