Remuneration fee: They are responsible for the timely and precise pay and salary bills, including social security and the tax office. Contact person:in for employees: Advising the group of employees you provide for all billing-relevant questions including part-time, parental time and other service topics. Contact person:in for authorities: They act as the first contact person: for social security institutions, public authorities, economic and wage tax auditors and coordinate electronic data exchange. Annual financial statements: They support the financial statements and, together with the financial department, clarify the corresponding financial accounts. Reporting and certification: You take over the implementation of the reporting and certification system for your own defined support area. Time management system: You maintain and manage the time management system we use. Personal master data management: They are responsible for the maintenance of personal master files and files. Process optimization: They actively participate in the continuous development and optimization of the processes in the billing of charges and bring their own ideas to increase efficiency.

They have completed commercial training. They bring relevant professional experience (min. 5 years) into the pay bill. They have a well-founded knowledge of pay tax, tax, labour and social security law and are used to implement legal changes independently. A plus, no need: user knowledge of ADP Paisy and Interflex. knowledge of other pay accounting or time recording tools such as e.g. HR Works, Lexware, Say or Datev are also happy to see. They are a service-oriented team player, characterized by a structured, independent and responsible way of working and communicating solution-oriented.
