As a service technician (m/w/d), you are the central contact person for our customers and ensure that our coffee systems work reliably at any time. You can expect varied tasks, independent work and direct customer contact. Your tasks: Maintenance, commissioning and disassembly of our coffee systems Analysis and troubleshooting as well as on-site repairs and telephone Changing water filters and carrying out DGUV V3 tests Creation of cost proposals and complete documentation of the work carried out in the computer system Self-responsible storage guide for spare parts in the service vehicle including inventory Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as MRP and sales.

That's what you bring: Complete technical training, for example as an electronic, mechatronic, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification Technical understanding and joy in error analysis and problem solving Embossed customer and service orientation Self-employed, structured and responsible work Good Microsoft Office knowledge (O365) driving licence class B Ideal customer service experience Place of residence in the area of use (Raum Lüdenscheid).
