Your tasks: technical and organizational support of the members of the organisational unit in performance of tasks Creation, preparation and maintenance of documents and presentations (Technical) Pre- and post-processing of internal and external meetings Timely takeover of special activities and/or projects Maintenance of relevant DFMG IT systems Your skills: completed (e.g. commercial) vocational training or a comparable professional qualification. Knowledge of PC standard software Good technical understanding Coordination and organisational capacity Team skills Excellent communication skills German in Word and Writing
