Product Manager (m/f/d)

About the position: At duagon we focus on highly regulated markets and our customers expect top quality technology that typically supports long life cycles. In the role of the product manager for CPU boards and processor modules, you actively shape the further development of our CPU portfolio and develop innovative solutions that meet the demanding requirements of our customers. In this role you develop forward-looking architectures based on our products and explore the entire product life cycle. After appropriate incorporation, you will understand the normative and application requirements of the industry. In addition, you value teamwork and have strong interpersonal skills. Duagon's embedded computing products are an important part of many train platforms and medical devices worldwide. You are used in applications ranging from passenger information systems in trains to infusion pumps in medical devices. The broad portfolio ranges from low-power applications to high-performance computing platforms. In this role you will: Working together across functions to define and advance the product roadmap to meet customer needs You are in close contact with the Solution Architects, sales and customers to understand their challenges and deliver the best possible solutions. The focus is on the customer-oriented approach Conduct regular analyses to identify opportunities and risks and ensure that the roadmap remains competitive The position requires occasional travel, mainly within Europe, to meet customers, stakeholders and project teams, to ensure the coordination and to maintain close relationships responsibilities: Develop and maintain a detailed roadmap adapted to customer feedback, market needs and business goals Ensure that the products meet industry standards and legal requirements introduction of market and application requirements into the organization for the joint design of the product roadmap with the Solution Architects Advising sales, product management and engineering in selecting and developing suitable solutions Implementation of technical presentations and training for internal and external target groups Responsible for the economic success of the product family CPU-Boards & processor modules across the entire product life cycle

Preferred qualifications: Multiannual professional experience in the product management of x86 and/or ARM processor modules Found experience with technical consulting-intensive product portfolios in the field of electrical engineering Experience in the railway industry and the relevant standards Additional language skills Minimum qualifications: Complete study of computer science, electrical engineering, physics or another engineering or natural science direction or a comparable professional experience Technology affinity, communication strength, pronounced customer and team orientation combined with convincing appearance Structured, independent and proactive operation flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
