You are responsible for and conducting our Industrial Engineering (IE) division and tune the various work processes with the production line. In particular, you identify optimization potentials for processes, products, work environments and resources, and conduct appropriate measures that you are implementing with your team. Note the principles of KV, Lean and 5S processes and take into account the internal production requirements for all planning activities. In the case of new products or investment projects of the development department, you design and plan all associated processes, production facilities and jobs and ensure the implementation of the coordinated projects across departments. The capacity, cost and investment planning as well as the production control for the IE range are also your tasks. You work intensively on group projects or take on the technical responsibility for subprojects.

Completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology, alternative a comparable qualification Long-term professional experience and management practice in a similar position, at best in the manufacturing industry or in the automotive and subcontracting industry routine in project management and ideally in series production Confidence with MS-Office and SAP Very good German and good English skills Communication and organization skills, enforcement skills, a conscientious and team-oriented working style and an agile mindset
