Your tasks: · Support and advice of customers in vehicle rental and mobility services. · Implementation and follow-up of credit assessments and processing of customer-related contract documents. · Preparation and digital completion of lease and use contracts in the relevant distribution systems. · Examination and documentation of required customer records and declarations (e.g. driving licence and legitimation checks). · Management of bails and rental security as well as coordination with adjacent departments. · Organisation and coordination of vehicle transfers and vehicle withdrawals. · Support for vehicle transports as well as on and off of vehicles. · Processing of reservations, rebookings and sampling dates in the booking systems. · Implementation of driving logistics tasks including location care and vehicle disposition. · Administration of tank and charging cards for the vehicle pool. · Ensuring proper vehicle delivery and documentation of refueling and charging operations. · Processing of public and private letters related to vehicle use (e.g. violations of orders). · Ordering and controlling external service providers, for example for transport, admission or processing services. ) · Support for inventory, audits and ensuring operational standards. · Participation in the production and maintenance of statistics, key figures, evaluations and reporting. · Monitoring and analysis of operational key figures to support efficient operation.
