Professional leadership and accompaniment of eight assembly teams in the current daily business Daily presence on the construction sites including final collection and quality control clarification of technical questions on site and decision regarding deviations and deficiencies Management of complaint management and sustainable optimization of assembly processes Coordination with sales, customer service, tour planning and warehouse to ensure smooth operations

Completed training in wood crafts, as carpenters, furniture screamers or kitchen monsters, as an alternative well-founded practical experience in kitchen assembly with clear craftsmanship Multiannual experience in installing high-quality kitchens including safe assessment of planning details Ability to clearly design errors and to withstand both sales and management professionally Enforcement in dealing with customers, especially in complaints and payment claims Organisational security in day-to-day business, sovereign handling of digital tools and fluent German knowledge in word and writing
