phone advice in our technical service Hotline to our diagnostic systems (X-ray systems, scanners and software) clarification of technical facts in coordination with internal and external product specialists (approximately 85% from German-speaking countries) Consulting and planning of installations and systems logistical and technical advice as well as telephone support of used Customer service engineers/ technicians on site Disorder documentation and fault information Support for quality management, academy and technical services as required active cooperation in internal projects

completed technical training (e.g. electronics, mechatronics, IT system electronics or Fachinformatik), ideally with an additional qualification in the field of medical technology multi-year professional experience in support or repair of demanding (medical) technical Devices and telephone customer support Experiences with software, IT infrastructure and network technology as well as practical knowledge in the field of X-ray systems and imaging strong customer orientation and operational readiness independent and reliable operation as well as pleasure in work in the team fluent German knowledge and good English skills
