Aviation Recruiter (internal) (m/f/d)

• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for professionals and executives – from demand intake and candidate search to successful occupation.

• Through social media, job portals, recommendations and your own network, you identify suitable talents and actively and targeted them.

• In telephone, virtual and personal interviews, you check qualifications, motivation and fit, and advise candidates on their professional perspectives.

• Together with our colleague, you are looking for an appreciative Candidate Experience and an accurate fitting of our customer orders. • You develop recruiting and active-sourcing approaches and start target group-oriented job advertisements for technical aviation profiles. • You build sustainable talent pools and networks so that we can also occupy future vacancies quickly and highly.

• A completed study or a commercial training – ideally related to personnel, recruiting or staff services. • Pleasure to applicant management and enthusiasm for active sourcing, talent management and multi-channel recruiting. • Communication strength, a sovereign appearance and a sales-oriented way of thinking, with which you convince candidate and build confidence. • interest in technical professional images and aerospace; first recruiting experience in the technical environment is a plus. • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English for professional communication with talents and contact persons:inside.
