Coordination of a warehouse team of about 10 professional employees Control of the operational processes and implementation of the daily operational meetings and reporting to the layer manager Planning and coordination of personnel and resources using the shift plans in coordination with the shift manager Commissioning and active cooperation in operational day-to-day business and ensuring responsible handling of industrial trucks and mobile data collection devices Assignment and release of orders, control of partial loading and reprint of shipping documents and receipt checks by means of internal warehouse management software (MIKADO) Support in the loading and unloading of goods Participation in team meetings with the shift manager and the Warehouse Operations Manager Ensuring compliance with internal quality guidelines, process specifications and work instructions Function as an interface between professional employees and commercial departments

Relevant professional experience in the logistics industry is assumed First leadership experience of advantage Good knowledge of German in word and writing Impressed communication strength and team capacity Valid forklift, safe handling of industrial trucks, ideally also with pusher trucks in the high bay Experience in handling warehouse management systems (WMS), good MS-Office knowledge Structured operation with an overall overview for smooth operations Interest in shaping and developing internal work processes
