We are looking for the civil engineering office of the state capital of Stuttgart. The posts must be occupied without delay. The construction sites of the Neckar/Filder construction department perform central tasks in the civil engineering department. The work focuses on maintaining traffic safety on public transport areas. The main tasks are control, monitoring and emergency measures and small-scale repairs. You run a construction site with up to seven employees and manage the existing vehicles, machines and equipment You are responsible for the organisation of road and walking control in the district You are responsible for the handling of the repair measures to be carried out on damaged traffic areas, traffic facilities and buildings to maintain traffic safety Your tasks include preparing, monitoring, billing and measuring the construction of road and road maintenance measures throughout the entire construction district You are responsible for the technical monitoring of third-party excavations and the accounting and control of special uses of public transport areas You are in contact with citizens in construction and other concerns

A degree as a state-tested technician in the field of construction technology or a completed master's examination of a comparable subject or a comparable qualification (for foreign degrees the submission of recognition in Germany is required) Class B driving licence Teamability and leadership experience or proof of appropriate leadership qualifications Openness and kindness to the concerns of citizens German knowledge with good expressability in word and writing
