Implementation of smaller entertainment and repair work in the building with our customers Building technical support of the objects Craft activities (e.g. small repairs, moving and clean-up work, small transports) Ensuring the safety, order and cleanliness of the property and building Coordination and instruction of craftsmen and maintenance companies as well as control and acceptance of externally assigned maintenance work Participation in shift operation (between 06 and 17 o'clock) and readiness to call

Completed electrotechnical training Cross-disciplinary basic understanding in the field of domestic engineering and craftsmanship Embossed service and customer orientation Communication skills and organizational skills Ready to use modern communication media (tablet, PC) Class B licence
