Professional leadership and further development of the team law and organization including all related activities, such as team meetings, target agreements, etc. Advising the operational business units in all legal and compliance matters (with the exception of labour, social and tax law) including analysis of the legal situation and development of solutions, possibly also within legal opinions Examination, design and negotiation of contracts/comparisons as well as compiling and optimising model contracts and AGB Enforcement of legitimate and defence of unauthorized claims, e.g. also against insurers and detainers (extrajudicial and possibly judicial) Management and supervision of arbitration and judicial proceedings including the management of external lawyers Investigation of existing business processes for compliance conformity and assessment of compliance risks Tracking evidence of possible compliance violations Preparation of Compliance Reports to Management and Development of Internal Rules and Concepts Contact persons and consultants of our subsidiaries and departments preparation and implementation of internal training on legal issues; Conflict switching of current, company-relevant court decisions

You have successfully completed the legal State Examina (Fulljurist) You have a multiannual professional experience in the legal advice of (public) service companies Ideally, you have good knowledge in the fields of civil law (contracting), commercial and corporate law, compliance, local law and energy law You have the ability to quickly/target-oriented incorporation into new jurisdictions Their working style is characterized by a life-oriented, solution-oriented and responsible approach, which also takes account of economic aspects You have a pronounced ability to negotiate, communicate and contact You understand that complex legal issues can be summarized as easily as possible You are safe in handling MS Office applications
