Pedagogical Professionals Form of Housing for Young People with Complex Disabilities (m/f/d)

You accompany the young people in everyday life and support e.g. during the construction and maintenance of a daily structure. Individual educational measures as well as offers in the group are planning and implementing them as required. You promote communication and participation with targeted measures. You provide help for life planning and promote the self-employment of young people. If necessary, you will accompany the young people into the funding school, in hospital and doctor visits or in the course of public administrations. You participate in team discussions and maintain a room-based documentation.

You have successfully completed training in a pedagogical, nursing or social profession (e.g. healers, educators) or have completed a corresponding degree (e.g. social work). Professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity is desirable. Willingness to engage in Ukrainian culture is a prerequisite. Ukrainian or Russian language skills are desirable, but not necessarily necessary. Interest in continuing training, especially in terms of work with people with challenging behaviour. High empathy, commitment and willingness to respond to the needs of young people. The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
