You guide a team that is responsible for the identification, measurement, control, monitoring and reporting of address risks (credit portfolio model, ratings and loss rates, limit monitoring and escalation of overdrafts, credit risk reporting, etc.) and calculates lump-sum value adjustments. In addition, you enter the staff office principle credit. As a responsible manager, the organization of the team and the distribution of tasks are your tasks as well as the further development of the employees. In consultation with the department manager, you will develop the topics in your area of responsibility. You always have the efficiency of the processes and the feasibility of your ideas. You ensure the implementation and compliance of regulatory requirements, such as methods and procedures, documentation and processes. In communication with colleagues, external service providers and testers, you always perform professionally and contentally versed.

A completed study of economics or a comparable qualification, as an alternative to a bank businessman or Banker with additional qualification (e.g. banker) Multiannual professional experience in risk controlling with focus on address risks or in market succession credit First experiences in (project) leadership and change management you could already gain In-depth knowledge about the measurement and control of address risks, rating procedures and credit processes In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (in particular relevant sections of the KWG, the MaRisk, the Bundesbank and BaFin risk management, the IDW BFA PS 7 and the CRR). Knowledge of accounting according to HGB as well as in statistics and Stochastics desirable Knowledge of Atruvia modules and VR control desirable Clear and transparent communication with team members, executives and stakeholders. You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as self-initiative.
