Analysis and evaluation of process, data and system landscapes in industrial customers — focusing on PLM, SAP, ALM, CCMS and related systems. Development of target architectures and system landscapes that are strategically oriented towards the AI age, from conception to implementation management. Independent management of workshops with specialist departments, IT and management — from preparation to outcome documentation. Creation of decision templates, business cases and tender documents for complex system transformations. Accompanying data migration and cleansing projects as well as the modernisation of tool chains in the industrial environment. Building and further development of knowledge management structures — internally at Impecto and at customer projects. Implementation of AI assessments to assess technical and business feasibility with the customer. Active use of AI tools in the customer's own project work and advice on the use of LLMs, Agentic AI and other models.

Completed studies in industrial informatics, industrial engineering, computer science or comparable. 3–5 years of experience in IT or business consulting, ideally related to industry, mechanical engineering or defence. Found understanding of Enterprise Architecture — you know frameworks, think system-wide and know how architecture decisions are strategic. Knowledge of industrial IT systems: PLM (e.g. Teamcenter, Windchill), SAP, ALM or technical documentation (CCMS, DITA) — depth in at least one area is expected. Experience in knowledge management or industrial knowledge management is a clear plus. You can actively use AI tools in your work and assess where LLMs, Agentic AI or automation bring real added value — and where not. Structured, independent operation — you can run a workshop, write a result document and present both to the customer convincingly. German at native language level, solid English. Ready to travel for customer projects mainly in NRW and Germany.
