Dr. Schneiderhan GmbH is a medium-sized dynamic company in the health sector from different medical disciplines, with currently approx. 55 employees in the medical and administrative field at the location in Munich/Taufkirchen operate an interdisciplinary practice community consisting of four medical care centres (MVZ). The company is a partner of different clinics in Munich and provides stationary services in these hospitals. We are now looking for full-time or part-time (approx. 30 hours) Account Manager (m/w/d)

We are now looking for a single account holder for the following tasks: Responsibility for financial accounting, active management of the entire accounting processes as a single account holder Working of accounting including accounting, asset, principal accounting, debitor management, creditor management Asset management VAT pre-registration, ZM - notifications, other messages Compilation of monthly, annual and annual accounts according to HGB at individual level and meeting the monthly accounts and the economic development of the MVZ and reporting to the management Responsibility for short- and long-term business planning, payment and liquidity plans Creation of economic indicators, nominal - actual comparisons, identification of result potentials Contact for our auditors and tax advisors, banks, financial offices and cooperation partners Expansion and implementation of operational control

Training and many years of experience as an accounting officer or completed economic studies with a focus on financial and accounting Multiannual professional experience in the fields of financial and accounting, as well as health experience with extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of outpatient care HGB accounting knowledge, Safe handling of tax issues Very good user knowledge in the DATEV system (financial accounting, cost accounting, individual BWA, payroll accounting) Structured as well as target and result-oriented mode of operation Very good analytical skills, safe occurrence and enforcement High loadability and operational readiness Flowing knowledge in German
